Trishna Restaurant

Running a place like Trishna Restaurant here in Ranchi keeps us pretty busy every day. We are located right by Argora Chowk, near the Aroga By Pass Road, so there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. It’s a busy spot because people are always coming and going from work or heading out of town. We are right near Locus Pvt Ltd, which helps folks find us if they are new to the neighborhood. The restaurant is just a simple setup with tables and chairs where families and office workers can grab a meal without any fuss. We don’t do anything too fancy with the decor because we think the food should be what people focus on anyway. The kitchen stays hot all day, and there is always the smell of spices in the air. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a little chaotic and we have to move fast to get everyone fed, but that is just part of the job. We have been here on the Aroga By Pass Road for a while now and have seen the area change quite a bit. Even with new buildings going up, we just keep doing what we do. It’s a place for a quick lunch or a dinner with the kids when nobody feels like cooking at home. We just try to keep the tables clean and the plates full for whoever walks through the door at Argora Chowk. That is how we have always done things.
