You can find us on the 1st floor of the Jagannath Complex on Circular Road in Ranchi. We are Silver Spoon Restaurant. The Mahendra Prasad Maha Vidyalaya is nearby, so the area has a lot of foot traffic from students and teachers. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up the stairs, but it’s a bit separated from the noise of the main road. The complex itself is an old building, but it’s home to many shops. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s not a corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just a family-run spot where we do the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. My cousin helps me with the accounts, and we have a couple of cooks who have been here since we opened. The dining area has windows that look out onto Circular Road. You can sit there and watch the traffic while you eat. We don't have a mission statement or fancy goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and the plates are clean. Some days are slower than others, especially when the college is on break. During those times, we do some maintenance or just sit and talk. It’s a quiet life for the most part. If you’re around Circular Road looking for a meal, come up to the first floor and see us. We’re usually around from morning until late evening most days of the week.
