You can find Punjabi Kitchen on Xaviers College Street along Purulia Road in Ranchi. We are situated directly opposite the Kashyap Eye Hospital. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of people coming and going from the hospital and the college. Being near Xaviers means we see a lot of students every day. They are usually looking for a quick meal between their classes. We are a small team here and we do everything ourselves. The kitchen is the heart of our place. It is not a polished or high-end dining spot. We have some simple tables and a counter. We don't use any corporate talk or have big signs. Most people know us just because they walk past every day. The traffic on Purulia Road is always heavy, so it gets a bit noisy during the afternoons. We just focus on getting the food out on time. It is a simple life running a kitchen like this. We have our regulars who come in and we know what they like. We don't try to be something we aren't. It's just a local business in Ranchi. We stay busy with the prep and the cleaning.
