Swati Food Products is spread across Shop No-36, 37, and 38 in the Krishi Udyog, Bhavan No-2, at Market Yard in Gultekdi. Being in the Market Yard means we are right in the heart of where all the produce and food items move through the city. It’s a massive place, and it can be quite confusing if you aren't used to it. We have three shops next to each other, which helps us keep things somewhat organized. One shop is mainly for storage, while the others are for processing and dealing with the people who come to buy from us. It gets incredibly busy during the early hours of the morning when the whole market wakes up. There’s a lot of shouting, heavy lifting, and vehicles moving everywhere. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve seen the market change quite a bit over the years. Our staff knows the regulars, and we often share a cup of tea while waiting for a shipment to arrive. We don't use any high-tech systems to run the show; it’s mostly just common sense and hard work. The shops are functional, not pretty. We care more about how the food turns out than how the shelves look in the front. It’s a tiring job, but being part of the Market Yard community makes it worth it for us.
