Jayanand Khira & Company Pvt Ltd operates out of the Bhosari Industrial Estate on Kharani Road, specifically at Sakinaka Shree Nagar 71. It is a big name for a place that is actually quite grounded. Our building is in the middle of a very busy industrial patch. There is always the sound of metal and engines nearby. We have been here for a long time and the building shows its age a bit, but it is sturdy. Inside, we have our workshop and some office space tucked away in the corner. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints and working with materials. It is physical work and we often go home with tired hands. We don't do much in the way of fancy presentations. If someone wants to know what we are doing, they just come out to Bhosari and see for themselves. We have a lot of old tools that still work better than the new ones. It is a bit dusty and the floor is stained, but that is a sign of work being done. We handle our own logistics and try to keep things moving as fast as we can without making mistakes. Sometimes we have to wait on supplies, which slows us down, but we find other things to do in the meantime. Sakinaka is a tough place to navigate sometimes, but we are used to the shortcuts by now. We just keep things moving every single day without much complaint or extra fuss.
