You can find Maganlal Food Products at Plot No. 87/A-B in the Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means we’re surrounded by factories and warehouses, which is exactly where we need to be. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. Our space is pretty big because we need the room for the food processing and the storage. It’s not the cleanest place in terms of dust from the road, but we keep the inside areas where we handle the food very tidy. The office is just a small corner of the building with a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. We don’t really have visitors often, so we don't worry about how it looks. We’re more focused on the kitchen side of things and making sure the recipes are followed correctly. Most of us have worked here for a long time, and we know the machines inside out. It’s a lot of physical work, standing on your feet and moving crates around. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or whatever else is happening. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the food we send out is good and that the orders are filled on time. It’s a simple way to earn a living.
