We operate Sunil Kapahi Export from our office on Salunkhe Vihar Road in the Kondhwa area. It’s a pretty decent location, though the traffic on the way to Bandra can be a nightmare some days. This is where all the planning happens. We deal with exports, which means a lot of emails and checking schedules. It’s just a small team here. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs doing. One day you might be checking invoices and the next you're helping move some samples around. We’ve been in Kondhwa for a while and we like the vibe of the place. It’s not as crazy as the city center. Our workspace is filled with folders, samples, and coffee mugs. We don't really have a reception area, so if someone drops by, they just walk right into the main room. It's a very practical setup. We focus on getting the shipments out on time because that's what matters in this line of work. Things can get a bit stressful when there are delays at the port, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business. We don't make big promises, we just do the work and try to keep things moving forward every week without too much fuss. We've been at this long enough to know it's about staying patient.
