Mewar Exports

Mewar Exports has its space at No. 31 Janjikar Street, inside the Farida Chambers building, which a lot of people still call the Kanchwala building. It's one of those narrow streets where something is always happening. You’ve got vendors, people carrying loads, and bikes squeezing past each other all day. Our office is up the stairs, and it’s usually packed with samples and boxes ready to go out. We deal with exports, so there is always a lot of packing tape noise and labels being printed. It gets a bit chaotic during the busy season. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we know the neighbors pretty well. Janjikar Street is famous for its hustle. Sometimes the lift doesn’t work, so we end up carrying things up and down, which keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It's just a place where we manage orders and make sure things get on the ships or planes. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. Honestly, we are just a group of people making a living by moving goods from here to there. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. If you walk past the Farida Chambers, you’ll probably hear us talking loudly or see some boxes being moved around the entrance.
