Stingo Spice Fine Dine

Our place is located in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically on Syed Abdulla Brelviroad near Telco Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a place called a fine dine, being right in the middle of all these factories and warehouses in Paras Phase IV. We get a lot of workers and office staff from the MIDC area coming in for lunch or after their shifts are done. The name sounds a bit formal, but the vibe inside is actually pretty relaxed. We wanted to give people a nice place to sit down in an area that's mostly just concrete and trucks. The traffic around here can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we see a lot of people stopping in just to wait out the rush hour. Our kitchen is busy from early morning, prepping everything for the day. We don't have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It's just us running the floor and making sure the food goes out on time. The lights are a bit dim to make it feel cozy, and we try to keep the noise from the street out. It’s a tough location to manage sometimes because of the dust from the industrial works nearby, so we are constantly cleaning. We just do our thing and hope the regulars keep coming back. We focus on the cooking and let the rest take care of itself.
