Spice Cot

We are based at C/26 in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate. This part of Lbs Road in Mumbai is always packed with vehicles and people going to work in the various factories and offices. We are right opposite R City Mall, which is funny because that place is so modern and shiny while the industrial estate is much more rugged and old-school. Our unit is just a plain industrial space that we’ve turned into our base of operations. The walls are thick and the ceiling is high, typical for these kinds of buildings. It can get pretty hot inside during the afternoon when the sun beats down on the roof. We spend most of our time managing the daily tasks and making sure everything is where it should be. The traffic on Lbs Road is a nightmare sometimes, so getting things delivered or just arriving at work can be a challenge. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy reception area. It’s just a workspace. We've got our own way of doing things that might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us. Most of our neighbors are small businesses like ours, so there’s a sense of being in it together. We just keep doing what we do every day without making much of a fuss about it. Being in Ghatkopar West keeps us on our toes, and we just handle things one day at a time.
