Pioner Spices

Our office is located at Off No.- 210 in the Hingkee Building, which is at 155/57 Samuel Street. This area is always packed with people and goods being moved around. Being in office 210 gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always a hive of activity. The building is quite old and has that specific smell of old wood and spices that lingers in the corridors. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a working office where we handle our daily tasks. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and samples, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes. We prefer it this way because it feels like a real workplace. Samuel Street is a tough place to navigate if you have a big vehicle, but we’ve learned the best times to get things delivered. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and checking on our stock. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here; we just speak plainly and get to the point. The lights in the office can be a bit flickery, but they do the job. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. It’s a functional space in a very historic part of the commercial district where history meets everyday trade.
