Working at M. M. Poonjiaji Spices Ltd. means you get used to the smell of spices pretty fast. Our building is at 42, Anandilal Podar Marg, and it usually has a bit of a crowd nearby. It is an old area, and the streets can get quite narrow when the delivery vans are trying to park. We have been handling spices for a long time. It is a lot of grinding, mixing, and bagging things up into different sizes. Sometimes the dust from the peppers makes everyone sneeze, which is just part of the job.
