Samrat

Over at 5 Santacruz Mansion, right opposite the railway station, you will find Samrat. It is a very busy spot because of the station being right there. People are always running to catch their trains, and we see it all from our doorway. We have been in Santacruz for a long time, and the shop has become a bit of a fixture in the area. It is not a very big space, but we make the most of it. We don't have a lot of time for making the place look like a magazine cover. It’s a working shop, so there are boxes around and the floor gets swept when we have a spare minute. We don't believe in using big marketing words. We just do our business the way it has always been done. Some days are incredibly hectic and other days are a bit slower, which gives us time to reorganize. The mansion itself is an older building, so it has that classic feel to it. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just here to provide what we have to the people who walk through the door. It is a straightforward operation. We know our regulars and we are always seeing new faces from the station. That's just how life is here at Samrat and we are happy with that.
