You can find us in Off No 141, all the way up on the 10th Flr of the Navjivan Society building. We’re right on Dr D B Rd in Mumbai Central, which is a place that literally never stops moving. The pin code is 400008. Being on the 10th floor gives us a little distance from the street noise, but Mumbai has a way of climbing up to you anyway. Maddi & Company is a small operation, and our office reflects that. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and the computer setups, but we make it work. The elevator in Navjivan Society can be a bit moody, so we always tell people to give themselves an extra few minutes to get up here. Looking out the window, you see the rooftops and the constant flow of traffic below. It’s a very 'Mumbai' feeling, being tucked into a high-rise like this. We spend most of our time here just grinding away. The air conditioning is our best friend during the humid months, though it rattles a little more than it probably should. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls; we just have our names on the door and a lot of work on the desks. Usually, someone is always on the phone or typing away. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but very real place where we spend our ten hours a day, Monday through Saturday. That's just how we do things.
