You can find Kunjbihari over in Matunga, specifically at 102 Milan Laxmi on Chandavarker Cross Road. Being near the C.Rly station means there is always a crowd passing by. Our shop is a simple place where we keep things moving. We have been here for a long time, and the building feels like home now. The space is a bit tight with all the stock we keep inside. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Some days the trains are so loud we have to stop talking for a second. It is a busy part of Mumbai to be in. We get all sorts of people walking in, some just looking for directions and others who have been coming to us for years. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. Most of the furniture is quite old and the floor is worn down from people walking on it. We just open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. My family has always lived around this area, so it felt right to have the business here. There is always something that needs fixing, like a light bulb or a squeaky door. It’s just a normal place doing its thing in Matunga. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It is just life, and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood.
