Nirmal Lifestyles is a pretty big place, so most people know where it is. I spend most of my time here in my unit on the third floor. Being on LBS Road means there is always noise and people around, but it’s a good location for staying connected. I’ve been doing this for a while and I don’t feel the need for a huge staff or a big storefront. It’s just me and my desk. I handle the calls, the paperwork, and whatever else comes up. Sometimes it gets a little overwhelming when the phone rings a lot, but I just take it one thing at a time. Mulund is a nice area with a mix of homes and businesses, and being in a spot like Opal makes things convenient. I don’t have any big slogans or marketing plans. I just show up and do the work that needs doing every day. That’s how I’ve always operated. It is a very simple process without any complicated systems to slow me down.
