I set things up here in Prabhadevi quite a few years back. My place is tucked away on Khed Galli, just off Sayani Road. It’s one of those spots that can be a little tricky to find if it’s your first time visiting, but once you know the landmark, it’s easy. The neighborhood has changed a lot since I first arrived, with new buildings going up all over, but this little corner still feels like home. I spend most of my day here dealing with the daily tasks that come with running a small local operation. I don't have a big team or a lot of equipment. It’s mostly just me keeping track of things and making sure everything stays on schedule. The air can get a bit humid in the afternoons, so I usually keep the window open to catch whatever breeze comes through from the coast. People around here are friendly and we all sort of look out for each other’s shops and spaces. I never really wanted to move to a big corporate park or a flashy office building. I like being where I can see the street and talk to the regulars who walk by every day. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the rain makes it hard for people to visit, but we manage to keep things moving regardless of the weather. It is just a regular life here.
