Hakim Ghantawala

Hakim has been running things here in Hanumant Colony for a good while now. We are tucked away in Jawahar Nagar, right near the Ambewadi Police Chowki if you know the area. Most people find us because they live around Khar East or they are just passing through Golibar Road on their way to work. It’s a busy spot, honestly. The noise from the street is something you just get used to after a few years. Our place is actually part of the house, where Rashida H. Modiwala is. It isn't a fancy office with glass doors or a big reception desk. It is just a room where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with stuff piled up, but we know where everything is. You might see a few of us sitting around drinking tea in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't have a website with flashy photos or a big marketing team telling us what to say to people. We just talk to whoever comes by. It’s a local life, you know? Dealing with the Mumbai humidity and the traffic is part of the deal. We keep things simple because that's what works for us. If someone needs something, they usually just call or walk in. We don't really do the whole corporate thing because it feels fake. We are just here doing our bit every day.
