Aparna Creations

Aparna Creations is located at Shop No 212 on Office Lane. We are in the M J building, which is right next to Zaveri Bazar in Kalbadevi. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Zaveri Bazar is. It’s a constant stream of people and carts. Our shop is tucked away a bit on Office Lane, but it’s still right in the middle of all that action. We deal with various garments and creations here. The space is small, but every corner is filled with something. Kalbadevi has a lot of history and we feel like a small part of it. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a shop floor where we do our business. Most of our days are spent folding and unfolding fabrics for customers. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people the price and what the material is. Simple and honest. Being near Zaveri Bazar means we see all kinds of people from all over. We open up in the morning and the noise doesn't stop until we close the shutters at night. Sometimes we have a quick lunch at our desks if it’s busy. We don't aim for anything grand. We just want to keep the shop running and serve the people who come to see us. It’s been our way for a long time.
