Our place is located in the Nirman Industrial Estate, right over on Chincholi Link Road in Malad West. Being near the fire brigade means it is pretty easy to give directions to people coming over for the first time. It is an industrial area, so there is always noise from trucks and people moving crates around outside. Inside the unit at 205/207, things are usually moving pretty fast. We deal with export stuff, which basically means a lot of paperwork and checking boxes before they head out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and stacks of samples. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work without having to talk about it too much. Malad West can get really crowded during the monsoon, especially near the link road, so that sometimes slows things down. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. There is always coffee brewing in the back and someone complaining about the traffic. It is a straightforward operation. We do not really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, it is just us making sure the items are what they need to be and that the labels are right. It is dusty and loud outside, but inside we just keep things moving along day by day.
