Surabi Chicken

We are over at No 43/3 in Madurai City. If you know the area near 625001, you've probably walked past us a few times. It's a busy spot, and Madurai gets really hot, so things are always moving. We deal with fresh chicken every single morning. It isn't a fancy place with air conditioning or anything like that. We just have a counter and the space where we do our work. My cousin helps out when it gets busy, especially on the weekends. We see the same faces every week, mostly neighbors or people living nearby. Some folks want specific cuts for their cooking, while others just take whatever we have ready at the time. The traffic outside is always loud, and you can hear the horns all day long. That’s just how things are here in the city. We open up pretty early to get everything sorted before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes a problem. Sometimes we actually run out of stock by the early afternoon if it’s a holiday or a big Sunday. That’s just how the business goes, I guess. We don't have a big neon sign, just the address 43/3 on the wall. If you’re walking through this part of Madurai, you’ll see our shutters up. We’ve been here for a good while, and the people around here know what we do. It’s a simple life, just handling the orders and cleaning up at night. There isn't much more to tell about it.
