We run our operations from 12 Bharthiyar Street in the Jaihindpuram area of Madurai. It’s a busy neighborhood where everyone seems to be doing some kind of trade or service. Our place is basically a workshop and a small office where we handle all the calls and equipment. If you walk down Bharthiyar Street, you’ll likely hear the sound of metal clinking or someone testing out a burner. We deal with a lot of restaurant gear, so there are always spare parts, tools, and grease around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a clean desk; it’s more about getting the job done and fixing what’s broken. Madurai is known for its heat, and our workshop gets quite warm in the middle of the day. We usually have a few fans going, but they don't do much against the sun. We are local people, and most of our clients are just other business owners in the city who need help with their kitchens. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. We’ve been in Jaihindpuram for a while, and we know these streets like the back of our hands. Our day is mostly spent on the phone or out at different sites, making sure things are working. It’s honest work, and we just take it one day at a time without any fuss.
