Arabian Delight Restaurant

If you are walking down Vandiyur Road in the Anna Nagar part of Madurai, you will find us at No 4/941a. We are right by the Maan Mark Depot, so it is a spot most folks in this part of town recognize. Arabian Delight Restaurant is where we spend most of our hours, mostly in the kitchen or out front talking to people. Madurai gets really hot, so we try to keep things as comfortable as we can inside for anyone stopping by. We focus a lot on the meat and the way it is seasoned, trying to stick to the ways we learned a long time ago. It is not always perfect, sometimes the delivery truck is late or we are scrubbing floors longer than we want to, but it is honest work. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the area well. We see a lot of students and people working nearby who just want a decent meal without a lot of fuss. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure that when someone leaves, they feel like it was worth the stop. The kitchen is always humming with noise and we are constantly busy with something, whether it is chopping onions or cleaning the tables for the next group. It is a simple life here in Anna Nagar, and we are just happy to be operating in this neighborhood every day.
