Phils Bistro Restaurant

Phils Bistro Restaurant is situated at number 444 on East 9th Street in K K Nagar, Madurai. We are pretty close to the Raj Mahal Kalyana Mandapam, which is a big landmark that most people use to find us. The neighborhood here is a mix of homes and other small businesses. We’ve been here for a while, just running our little bistro and serving whoever comes by. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Our kitchen stays busy through the lunch and dinner hours. We don't really go for any of that corporate style or polished service you see in the bigger cities. It’s just us, a few cooks, and some servers trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes we run out of things or the wait is a little longer than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things fresh. We don't have any big mission statement. We just open the doors, sweep the floor, and start cooking. The menu is simple and we try to keep the prices where they make sense for the people living around K K Nagar. Most of our regulars are folks from the 625020 area who just want a place to sit for a bit. It’s a plain, honest spot. We just focus on the daily tasks and hope people enjoy their time here. Nothing more to it.
