Inbam Restaurant

We’re located over on Subbaraman Street, right near the Anna Bus Stand in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Madurai. Inbam Restaurant is just a small spot, nothing too big. We’ve been at No 6 for some time now. Being so close to the bus stand means there are always people rushing around outside. It can get pretty dusty and noisy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Inside, it’s a bit calmer. We have a few tables and the kitchen is right there in the back. We start early in the morning, getting things ready before the first buses start rolling in. It’s mostly just us working here, making sure things are clean enough. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign when they’re walking to the station. 625020 is a crowded area, so we try to keep things simple so people can get in and out quickly. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out with the customers. It’s a plain place for a plain meal. No bells or whistles or anything extra. Just a local restaurant on a busy street near the bus stand in Gandhi Nagar. We've been here for years and we know the area well.
