We are located on Nallavadu Road in Thavalakuppam, which is a bit of a drive out from the main city center of Madurai. Most days here revolve around looking at how things grow and what's happening with the land in this part of the world. It’s a quiet spot. People drop by to talk about crops or maybe just to see what we are up to with the local environment projects. We spend a lot of time outside, honestly. The office is at number 72, and it’s usually quite busy with people coming in from the nearby fields. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it gets really hot in the afternoons, but we keep at it. It isn't a fancy setup. Just a few desks, some maps on the wall, and plenty of soil samples sitting around in jars. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. Everyone around here knows where the building is. If you're coming down the road, look for the gate near the turnoff. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. It's more about the day-to-day work of figuring out how to make the farming a bit better and keeping the local greenery alive. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we see each other at the market too. It’s just how things work in this corner of Madurai. We focus on the practical side of things, like testing water or checking out different types of seeds.
