Tapash Bagchi

Tapash Bagchi is based out of 7/2/A, Priyo Nath Ckaroborty Lane. This is in the Baranagar Municipal Corporation area of Kolkata, 700035. It is a quiet lane, mostly residential, which makes it a good place to focus on work. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It's more of a personal setup where people come by for specific needs. The neighborhood is very old-fashioned in a good way. You see neighbors talking on the street and kids playing nearby. Our space is tucked away in this lane, so you have to look a bit closely at the numbers to find 7/2/A. Inside, it is very simple. We have the basic furniture and books we need. There is no polished reception or fancy marketing material around. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. Being part of the Baranagar community means we know a lot of the people who walk past our door. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do the work we are supposed to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but that's just how life is here. We like the local feel of Priyo Nath Ckaroborty Lane. It feels real and not like those big glass buildings in the city center. We are just here, doing our bit in this corner of Kolkata every single day.
