B.R.D International

B.R.D International is tucked away in Kolkata at 2/8 Adarshapally. We are up on the 1st floor of the building. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the really hectic parts of the city, but we still feel the buzz of Kolkata life every day. The pin code here is 700092 if you are trying to find us on a map. Our office space is pretty simple. We have a few rooms where we handle all the international stuff, and there is always someone on the phone or typing away. The first floor is nice because we can see what’s happening on the street without it being too noisy. We’ve got some old wooden furniture and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Working in Adarshapally means we are part of a real neighborhood, not just some sterile business park. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, which keeps things from feeling too stiff. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are too busy managing the actual work. It’s a lot of coordination and checking documents over and over again. We just do our thing here in Kolkata and try to keep everything moving as it should. It’s a practical setup for a practical job.
