Our office is located at 20, Tiretta Bazar Street, which is a place that feels like it hasn’t changed much in decades. The streets are narrow and always full of people moving goods, and we are right in the thick of it. Myco Exports isn't a fancy operation. We have a desk, some old chairs, and a lot of ledgers and shipping forms scattered around. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking on crates. The building itself is old, with those high ceilings and thick walls that hold the heat in the summer. You can hear the sounds of the bazaar right outside the window—carts rattling over the pavement and people shouting to get through the traffic. It gets pretty hectic when a shipment is supposed to go out, and we end up with boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling. We don’t have any polished lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through paperwork or trying to fix a jammed stapler. It’s a practical kind of place. We focus on getting things packed and moved to where they need to go. There is always a bit of grit on the windows from the street, and the floorboards creak when you walk toward the back. It’s just a regular workplace in one of the busiest parts of the city, and we just keep the wheels turning every day.
