Tandoor Park

We've been at 28/4, Gariahat Rd South for a while now. Tandoor Park isn't fancy, just a spot in Jodhpur Park where we focus on the clay oven stuff. People around Dhakuria know us. It’s mostly about getting the fire right in the back. Sometimes the place gets a bit loud when it's busy, but that’s just how it is here. We start early prepping the dough. The kitchen can get pretty hot in the afternoons. Most folks come in for a quick meal or take something home. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. It’s just us doing what we do every day. The neighborhood has changed, but we’re still here in the same corner. If you walk past the Jodhpur Park area, you'll see us. We keep things simple. No complicated menus or weird fusion things. Just regular food like you’d expect from a place called Tandoor Park. The chairs might be a little old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the food comes out hot. We don't spend much on ads. Word of mouth usually brings people in. It's a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything is ready by lunch. We stay open until late evening most days. It's a living for us, and we're glad to be part of the local community in Kolkata. We just keep our heads down and keep the oven burning.
