Smokaccino

Smokaccino is located at 197 Sarat Bose Road in Kolkata. It’s not a huge place, just a nice spot on a busy street where you can grab a coffee or something to eat. We have some outdoor seating, but most people like to stay inside when it's humid out. The name sounds a bit fancy, but we are just a normal cafe. We spend a lot of time cleaning the espresso machine and making sure the beans are fresh. Sarat Bose Road has a lot of traffic, so it can be noisy outside, but inside we try to keep it a bit more relaxed. We have some art on the walls that we liked, and the lighting is a bit dim in the evenings. Our menu has coffee, snacks, and some heavier stuff if you're actually hungry. We don't have a corporate trainer or anything like that. We just learn as we go. Sometimes the Wi-Fi is a bit slow when too many people are using it at once. We get a mix of college students and people working on their laptops. We've had the same staff for a year now, so they know how the regulars like their drinks. It’s a good place to hide away for an hour or two. We don't rush people to leave once they finish their cup. It's just a place to hang out while the city rushes by outside the window. The door squeaks a little but we haven't fixed it yet.
