Silver Line Hotel

We're located at 50/2 Lenin Sarani in Dharmatala. Silver Line Hotel is right in the Bank of India building. It’s a very busy part of Kolkata. We're also near Utkal Bhaban, which is another landmark people use to find us. Being in 700013 means there's never a dull moment. The street outside is always full of buses and people shouting. Inside, it's a bit different. We have our rooms and the reception desk. The building is quite old, like most things in Dharmatala. We have to do a lot of maintenance to keep it up. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't offer fancy perks. It's just a bed and a roof. Most people stay here because they need to be in the center of the city. We've seen a lot of people come and go over the years. The staff has been here a long time. We know how to handle the chaos of the city. If you find the Bank of India, you're basically at our door. We just keep things running. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. But that's just life here. We don’t have much to show off, but we are here every single day making sure the doors stay open for travelers who need us. It’s a big city and we are just one small part of it.
