We are Sholoana Bangali, and you can find us in the Techno Tower on Prince Anwar Shah Road. Our specific address is 14C/114B, and we are situated right between Mecon Tower and South City. It is a good part of the Jodhpur Park neighborhood in the 700068 area. We mostly focus on Bengali cooking because that is the food we know and like the best. The restaurant is located inside the tower, which means it is a bit tucked away from all the noise and traffic of the main road. We get a lot of people coming in from the nearby office buildings and families who live around Jodhpur Park. It is a nice community to be a part of. The kitchen stays busy all day, and you can usually smell the spices from the hallway. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decor or expensive furniture. It is just a place with tables and chairs where people can sit down and have a meal. We try to make the food taste as much like home cooking as we can. It involves a lot of work, especially on the weekends when the place gets full of people. We are not part of any big chain or corporate group. It is just this one restaurant here. Sometimes the service might be a little slow when we have a full house, but we do our best to keep up. We have seen this area change a lot, but we just keep cooking our food.
