Shiva Caterers & Decorators

Shiva Caterers & Decorators is based at P-3, Kalakar Street, right by the Kalakar Post Office in Burrabazar. This part of Kolkata - 700007 is always packed with people and traffic. We have been doing catering and decorating work from this small office for quite some time. It’s a chaotic area, but we managed to make a name for ourselves here. We handle the food and the decorations for various events like local weddings or religious gatherings. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and scraps of paper with guest counts and flower orders. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. Most of our work happens on-site at whatever venue the client has chosen. Burrabazar is a tough place to move things around, so getting our equipment in and out is always a challenge. We have a small crew that helps with the cooking and the setting up of tents or lights. It’s hard labor, especially during the humid months in Kolkata. We aren't the biggest company, but we get the job done. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes that drive us crazy. But that's just the nature of the events business. We just stay focused on the task at hand at Shiva Caterers & Decorators. It’s a busy life in a busy city, and we are just trying to keep up with all the orders coming in from the neighborhood. Everyone knows us by now.
