Red Kitchen & Lounge

Red Kitchen & Lounge is up on the 4th floor of The Enclave building. We are located at 17/1F Alipore Road in Kolkata. Alipore is a pretty established area, and being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a different perspective than the shops at street level. We have been here for a while now, running both the kitchen and the lounge area. It is a bit of a climb or a lift ride up, but people seem to find us alright. We are just a group of people who enjoy working in the food industry. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the kitchen runs smoothly every day. The lounge side of things is where people usually go to relax for a bit. It takes a lot of effort to keep a place like this going on a daily basis. We have to manage the inventory, keep the place tidy, and handle all the orders. Sometimes we have long days, especially on the weekends when more people are out and about in Alipore. We try to keep things relaxed and straightforward. It’s just us doing our jobs and making sure the place is ready for whoever comes up to the 4th floor. It is a decent spot to spend our working hours. We usually finish up late at night and start all over again.
