Raj Ka Taj Restaurant

You can find Raj Ka Taj Restaurant over at 65/1, Sarat Bose Rd in the Bhowanipur area. We've been operating out of this spot for a bit. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and Sarat Bose Road is always humming with cars and people. Our restaurant is just a small part of that. Inside, it's nothing too special to look at. We have some tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We mostly serve people who live around 700025 or those who work in the nearby offices and need a quick bite. The air conditioner works most days, which is good because it gets humid here. We don't go for any of those modern decorations you see in the new malls. We just keep the place tidy and make sure there’s enough water for everyone at the tables. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather gets bad, but we just keep going anyway. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all know how things work. It’s a lot of washing dishes and chopping vegetables behind the counter. We don't have a website or any of that internet stuff. If you're walking down the road and you're hungry, you just walk in. That is how we’ve always done things here in Bhowanipur. It’s just a place to eat and sit for a minute while the world goes by outside. We like it that way.
