Orbit Restaurant

Orbit Restaurant is over on Camac Street, specifically at number 15 in the Circus Avenue area. If you know this part of the city, you know it is usually packed with cars and people from morning until late at night. We have been here at this spot for a while, just doing our daily routine. The kitchen gets started pretty early because there is always a lot of prep work to do before the first person walks in. It is not a huge place, but we have enough chairs for the lunch rush when the office workers from the nearby buildings come out all at once. My brother usually handles the suppliers while I stay near the counter to handle the bills. Sometimes the power flickers or a tap starts leaking in the back, and we have to fix it on the fly while trying to keep the orders moving. It is not always smooth, but we make it work. We do not really use fancy menus, just the stuff people like to eat every day. The street outside is always noisy with horns honking, but once you step inside, it is a bit more manageable. We spend most of our day just making sure the plates are clean and the food is hot. It is a basic setup, nothing too fancy, just a local spot where we try to keep things running as best as we can.
