Marson'S Ltd.

Marson'S Ltd. operates out of 18 Palace Court on Kyd Street. The building itself is one of those old-fashioned structures in Kolkata with thick walls and high ceilings that keep the rooms relatively cool even when it’s boiling outside. It has a lot of character, though the paint might be peeling in a few spots here and there. Our office is a mix of old wooden desks and some newer computers we’ve added over the years. We deal with heavy electrical equipment, specifically transformers, so the talk around here is usually about technical stuff like voltage and coils. We don't have a polished corporate vibe at all. It’s more of a place where people have been working together for decades. You can see the history in the old ledgers and the heavy metal cabinets that line the hallways. The street outside is always busy with pedestrians and yellow taxis, so there’s a constant hum of city life coming through the windows. We don't use much marketing talk or have big meetings about our vision. We just get on with the job of managing the production and making sure the orders are shipped out from the factory. In the afternoons, the office boy brings around tea for everyone, and we take a short break. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, and it suits us just fine.
