Bhojon

Bhojon is a small eatery on the ground floor at 6C Beltala Road. We are quite close to the Bhawanipur Police Station and Maharashtra Niwas in the Kalighat area. The pincode here is 700026. It’s a very active part of Kolkata, and there’s always noise from the traffic and people on the sidewalk. Our place isn't very big, so the tables are close together, and it can get a bit loud when everyone is eating and talking at the same time. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here on the ground floor. We’ve been in this location for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't use any fancy marketing words or try to act like we are better than any other local spot. We just serve the food we know how to make. Most of our regulars are people who work in the nearby offices or live in the apartments around Beltala Road. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few things here and there. The kitchen is right in the back, and we keep the stove going for most of the day. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the daily routine and making sure the place is ready for the next day.
