Mahadevi Birla Shishu Vihar

We are at 4 Ironside Road. It is a decent location, though the morning traffic can be a real pain for everyone trying to get here. We mainly look after the younger children, so the school is always full of energy and noise. The building is an older style, which gives it a bit of a comfortable feel. We have decorated the classrooms with a lot of bright pictures and student work. It makes the place feel more welcoming for the little ones. We have a team of staff who have a lot of experience with children this age. We know that kids can be unpredictable, so we just take things as they come. We have a small play area with some equipment, and that is usually the favorite part of the day for the students. We spend a lot of time on basic skills like reading and writing. It is a lot of repetition, but that is how they learn. The office is usually busy with parents coming in to ask questions or pay fees. We don't have any corporate polish here. It is just a school where we care about the kids. Sometimes we have to deal with broken chairs or painting the walls, but it’s all part of the job. Ironside Road is a busy area, but our school is a nice little corner where the kids can just be themselves. We just keep working hard every day.
