Ken Kids Place School

Ken Kids Place School is located at 244 A J C Bose Road, right on Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. Because we deal with younger kids, the inside of the school is usually a bit more chaotic than an office building might be. We have a few rooms set up for different age groups, and we try to keep things as organized as possible despite the energy of the children. The floors are easy to clean, which is a necessity when you have little ones running around all day. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time, and people in the area generally know the building. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have expensive play equipment from overseas; we have things that work and that the kids enjoy using. The staff here are mostly local people who know the families in the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes during drop-off and pick-up hours because of the main road traffic, but we’ve worked out a bit of a system over the years. We don’t promise anything grand. We just provide a place for kids to be while their parents are at work, making sure they are safe and learning a few things along the way. It’s just a regular, working school for families in this part of town and we like it that way. Everyone just does their part.
