Our place is at 59/1, B on South Tangra Road, right near Kimling. This part of town, around Govinda Khatick Road, has a long history with food, and we are glad to be a small part of it. It’s an old building, so it has some character, maybe a few crooked walls here and there. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We start early in the day, chopping vegetables and getting everything ready before the doors open. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we aren’t all related. We just know each other well. The street outside can be pretty busy with trucks and people, but inside it’s a bit more relaxed. We have some simple decor, mostly just things we’ve picked up over the years. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just cook what we know. People from the neighborhood stop in regularly, and we know many of them by name. It’s a local spot, through and through. We don't use any fancy apps or complicated ordering systems. You just come in, sit down, and tell us what you want. It’s how we’ve always done it here in Tangra, and we don't see any reason to change it much. Just a simple place for a meal on a busy road.
