Kidz R Us Play School

You’ll find us on Dangapara Main Road in Rahara. We’re in that part of Kolkata 700118 where everyone seems to know everyone else. The school is a play school, so don’t expect a lot of silence during the day. There’s almost always music playing or kids shouting to each other across the room. We have a daily routine that involves some learning and a lot of playing. We try to keep the kids engaged with different activities, but sometimes they just want to do their own thing. We don't have marble floors or air conditioning in every single corner, but we have enough fans to keep it cool during the hot months. We focus on things like hand-washing and being kind to others. It’s the simple stuff that matters most at this age. Dangapara Main Road is a busy spot, so we’re very careful about the gate and making sure nobody wanders out. The parents are usually in a hurry in the morning, but they always have a word for us. We don't put out big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them about us. It’s a straightforward, honest place for kids to spend their mornings and start their journey.
