Kidsmate Play School

You can find us on Nilganunj Road in Panihati. It’s right there in Kolkata 700114. The road out front stays busy with traffic, but once you step inside, it's all about the kids and their activities. We have this play school setup where things are a bit more relaxed than a formal primary school. There are lots of bright colors on the walls, mostly because we let the kids put their projects up wherever they can reach. Some of the drawings are just scribbles, but we like them because they show progress. We spend our time managing the little groups. Some children want to build towers with blocks, while others just want to sit and look at books. We let them do a bit of both. It’s a neighborhood school, so we see a lot of familiar faces every day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the staff making sure the place is safe and the kids are learning their ABCs. Sometimes the water cooler makes a weird noise, or a lightbulb needs changing, just like any other building. We keep it simple. Panihati is a good place to be, and Nilganunj Road is easy for parents to get to. We just focus on getting through the lessons and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day. It is honest work.
