Kiddies Kingdom Play School

Kiddies Kingdom Play School is located at 46, Old Nimta Road in Belgharia. It’s a busy street, but we’re tucked in there. We deal with the small kids who aren't quite ready for the big schools yet. The rooms are painted with bright colors, though some of it is peeling a bit near the corners. We have lots of toys, mostly plastic blocks and some old stuffed animals. The kids spend their time playing and learning how to sit still for a few minutes. It’s noisy, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving at once. Old Nimta Road can get quite congested, so we always tell the parents to be careful with the traffic. We don't have a big playground, so they play mostly indoors. The staff is just a few of us who like being around children. We don't have a formal dress code or anything fancy. It’s a very local feel. Most of the families live within walking distance, so we see the same faces every day at the gate. We just try to keep the kids happy and safe until their parents come back to pick them up in the afternoon. It’s not a complicated operation. We just run the school from this old building and keep things as simple as possible. We have a shelf where all the lunch boxes go, and it's always a bit of a mess when the kids are hungry. We're just a small part of the community here on Old Nimta Road.
