Kid 'Z Gurukul Pre School

Kid 'Z Gurukul Pre School is located in the Saha Pur area of New Alipur. It’s a small place meant for the younger kids before they go off to the big schools. We’ve got toys and small chairs scattered around the main room. It’s usually quite a mess by lunch time, but we clean it up every evening. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so drop-offs are always a bit of a rush. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who look after the little ones. It’s mostly about keeping them busy and teaching them a few things here and there. People in Saha Pur know us because we’ve been here for a bit. We don’t do any big events. Usually, it’s just the kids coming in, playing, and learning their letters. Sometimes we have to fix a broken toy or paint a wall when it gets scuffed. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. The address is simple enough to find if you’re familiar with the New Alipur side of things. We try to keep the windows open for the breeze, but the Kolkata heat doesn't always help. There isn't much more to say. We’re just a local preschool trying to do a decent job for the neighborhood families. We have some small posters on the walls to help them learn their colors and animals. It's nothing fancy, just stuff we've put up over the years to make the place feel a bit more like a school.
