Khosbag Bilol Primary School

Khosbag Bilol Primary School is found at 195 Alipur Main Road, also in the Nimta area. Since we are a primary school, our days are filled with younger children from the surrounding houses. The location on Alipur Main Road makes it easy for parents to drop their kids off on their way to work or the market. It’s a modest setup, nothing like the big fancy schools you see in the center of the city. We have a few rooms where the children spend their time learning the alphabet and basic numbers. It’s often quite noisy, as you can imagine with dozens of small children in one place. The teachers here have to be very patient, especially with the ones who are just starting out and are still a bit shy. We don’t have a lot of extra space, but we make do with what we have for the children to play and eat their lunch. The furniture is small and simple, designed for little kids. Most of the families around here are working-class people who want their children to get a decent start in life. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just the usual boards and books. It’s a very local, community-focused school where the staff knows most of the parents by sight. We’ve been here in Nimta for a while, and the school has become a familiar landmark on this stretch of Alipur Main Road for everyone living nearby.
