Kamla Niwas Marriage House

Our place is Kamla Niwas Marriage House. We are located at 72, Peary Mohan Sur Garden. It's right near the Narkeldanga High School in Kolkata. If you know K.G. Bose Sarani, you can find us easily enough. It's a spot for weddings and various family stuff. We’ve seen many parties and celebrations here over the years. The building isn't brand new or anything but we try to look after it. People in this area like having a local place for their functions. It gets quite loud sometimes when there is music playing late. But that’s part of a wedding, right? We have some space for guests to sit and talk. It’s not a five-star hotel but it’s decent for what it is. Families come here because it’s close to their homes and easy for the elders. My staff and I handle the basic arrangements ourselves. We don't use those fancy wedding planners. Just plain hard work. The school nearby is a good landmark for people coming from far away who don't know the streets. Sometimes parking is a bit of a headache on this road, especially on weekends. But people usually manage. We just provide the space and the rest is up to the families. It’s nice to see the lights during the marriage season. It makes the whole street look a bit better. We’ve been at this address, 700085, for a long time. It’s just how we earn our living. There is nothing more to it really.
