Housez 43 Value Boutique Hotel

Our hotel is located at number 43 on Mirza Ghalib Street. Most people know this area because it’s so close to Park Street in Kolkata. It’s a very old part of the city, and the streets are always crowded with people, yellow taxis, and vendors. We call it a boutique hotel but it’s really just a simple place for people to stay without spending too much money. We have rooms on different floors and a small lobby where people check in. The building itself has been around for a long time. Being in the center of the city means it’s never really quiet outside. You can hear the sounds of the street even late at night. We get all sorts of guests, from people visiting for work to travelers who want to see the old buildings nearby. The staff here is small. We have a few guys who handle the cleaning and the front desk. We don’t have a big fancy restaurant inside, just a place to get tea or a simple breakfast. It’s practical for someone who needs to be near the main market areas. We don't use any fancy management systems or have a corporate office. It’s just us running the hotel every day, making sure the rooms are ready for the next person who arrives from the airport or the station. The lift is a bit slow sometimes, and the stairs are narrow, but that is just how these old Kolkata buildings are made.
