Grihashree Caterer

Grihashree Caterer is based out of Dum Dum, right on Dum Dum Road at 209/5. We are in the Chhatakal area, which is a very busy part of north Kolkata. If you live around here, you know how the traffic can be near the 700028 zip code. We’ve been handling food for people’s events for quite a while now. It started small and just stayed in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big showroom or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people just knowing our name and where we are located on the main road. Dum Dum is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days prepping ingredients and making sure the deliveries are ready to go out to the different venues. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially during the wedding season. Sometimes the rains make it hard to move things around, but we manage to get it done. We are just a local team that knows how things work in this part of the city. We don’t make big promises, we just do the job we are asked to do. It’s a practical business, and we like the people we meet along the way. Whether it’s a small family gathering or something slightly bigger, we just focus on the cooking and the timing. That’s how we've always done it here.
